THE CHALLENGE

Which Bingo are an award winning independent online bingo reviews website established in the year 2000 and with over 400 bingo websites listed on their site, they are without doubt the UK’s market leader. The site features reviews, contests, special offers and as Phil Fraser the owner of Which Bingo puts it ‘we are in essence, the Trip Advisor of online bingo’.

With this comes the inevitable growth and the need to ultimately relocate to a new premises. That time had come after six years at their previous office and they soon identified a new premises in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. Which Bingo required a premises that provided them with the new office space needed for their employees, along with the extra meeting room space that their previous premises was lacking.

‘In the previous office, we had the frustration of only having one meeting room, which was big enough for the whole team, but if we had one meeting it meant that all our meeting room facilities were taken up’ said Phil. For the new premises to meet these requirements, the office facilities required an overhaul. With this in mind Phil started the search for an office fit out contractor that could deliver the results he required.

THE SOLUTION

One of the main features they required in the new space was more than one meeting room. We came up with the idea to essentially provide them with three meeting rooms through the installation of an operable wall in between two meeting rooms.

This gives them the option to open the two rooms at a moments notice and create one large meeting room. Solving the problem Which Bingo had in their previous premises of the one and only meeting space being taken up every time.

The additional space in the new premises has also allowed us to create another feature that Phil has wanted for some time, a breakout area. This space is ideal for more casual meetings throughout the day and also for their employees to relax on a lunch time and play the PS4 which has taken up residence there.

The kitchen required an upgrade as it was looking tired and Which Bingo wanted a modern feel to it. They chose a smart grey finish to the kitchen units which blends nicely with the white walls. The new open plan office space provides Which Bingo with the space they were craving for so long and there’s even space for more employees if such expansion is required in the future.

We needed to reconfigure the existing layout of the premises before Which Bingo moved in, walls needed to come out and we have installed new solid and glass partitioning throughout the office. The glass partitioning has been installed on one side of the meeting rooms, finishing them off nicely.

We also reconfigured the lighting to suit the new layout and installed brand new carpet tiles throughout. All of Which Bingo’s electrical requirements throughout the office were installed by Nexus too.

THE RESULTS

The new facilities have been a hit with Which Bingo’s employees and owner Phil Fraser has received positive feedback from everyone. The breakout area has been well received especially and Which Bingo now have a facility to be proud of.
